SLC 1st Anniversary was held on Thursday, August 9, 2007 in SLC Office, Sampoerna Strategic Square Tower B 3rdA Floor, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman 45 Jakarta.

The event was attended by more than 100 persons. Participants included representatives from the companies, media and sponsors. The event was opened by Mr. Stefanus Aryawan, Chief Finance Officer of Putera Sampoerna Foundation and followed by presentation about SLC from Ms. Evy Rosriani, Marketing Manager of SLC.

This event is to celebrate SLC 1st anniversary and give appreciation to SLC’s clients and teachers. The plaque handover to Alumni of SLC’s In-house Training programme wad represented by HR Manager or HR Training of each company. 

The success of the event was due to the great teamwork and dedication from SLC staff members who helped during the event. Thanks team!!

The Company

Founded in 1976 by Drs. Wim Kalona, PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk today operates two manufacturing facilities after closing two other plants in 1998 as part of the Group re-structuring.

In end of December 2001, Far East Drug, an affiliated of Unilab Group of Philippines purchased DVL Investment Limited (DVLIL), which owns 89.5% of the total shares issued by Darya-Varia, from First Pacific Group, Hong Kong.

In July 2006, DVLIL and Far East Drug (BVI) Ltd. sold their entire shares in Darya-Varia to Blue Sphere Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Blue Sphere) making Blue Sphere the majority 92.7% shareholder of Darya-Varia.

The Company is professionally managed by a team of executives with extensive experience in the multi-national pharmaceutical industry as well as other multi-national and major national corporations.

The Company, as a member of United Laboratories Inc. (Unilab Group), a leading pharmaceutical company in the region, based in Philippines conducts its business in an ethical and professional manner. The majority of its business is derived from relationship with multi-national principals.

Sales & Marketing

The Ethical Sales & Marketing units are organized according to specialty. Its strong relationship with medical practitioners nationwide, built up through the years, has equipped this dedicated team of well trained pharmaceutical professionals with the capability to effectively promote products to a wide array of doctors: from General Practitioners to Specialists of various fields.

The Over-the-Counter Sales & Marketing unit has extensive brand building experience. This unit markets over the counter brands such as NATUR-E®, SUPERTIN®, STOP COLD®, etc., employing mass media advertising such as television. Its highly competent team of marketing specialists provide full service: from brand management and merchandising to trade and direct to consumer events promotions.

Manufacturing

The Company operates two manufacturing facilities in the Greater Jakarta Area with a total land area of 14.73 hectares, with built-up area of 31,205 sq. mtrs. Which are capable of producing most pharmaceutical products.

Amongst these are soft capsules, syrups, dry syrups, tablets, film coated tablets, sugar coated tablets (dragees), lozenges, cream/ointment, injectables, eye-drops, eye ointment and contact lens care solutions. All of the factories are GMP certified.

Sirkulasi darah merupakan suatu sistem yang terdiri dari tiga organ utama yaitu jantung (sebagai pompa), pembuluh darah dan darah.

Setiap harinya jantung memompa darah sekitar 9000 liter ke seluruh. Apabila sirkulasi darah terganggu tentunya pasokan darah yang membawa oksiogen serta nutrisi untuk seluruh jaringan tubuh akan terganggu.
