As a high quality English language school SLC offers a Company In-House Training program especially suited to a company’s needs. SLC instructors have provided services for a wide variety of agencies, government and private sector clients since 1984.
 

SLC Jakarta offers a wide range of services for companies operating in both local and international markets, where the point of service can either be at the company’s or our premises. The methodology of our services are up-to-date and delivered in the most flexible way that allows you to decide on the schedule and course content which meet your specific professional or personal needs. 

In order to meet the company’s needs we will customize our program by inserting additional materials based on the job description of the participants. We will conduct an observation on the company profile and have discussions with the management or with the users to make sure that the additional materials to be inserted are the most suitable for the company. Following this, we will be able to create a syllabus that meets the participant’s needs. 

Our teaching methodology can be broadly categorized under the umbrella term “communicative”. The communicative approach encourages the students to take control of the activities. The teacher acts more as a guide than a dictator. Activities chosen by the teacher are challenging yet achievable and are relevant to specific groups encouraging student interaction and participation. 

Our teaching staff are highly qualified (local and native-speaker teachers) with International certification. We will discuss your training objectives and placement test your staff before beginning the course at no charge. In addition your company is under no obligation to use our training services after the test. 

Who can join us?
Our programme is designed for any company that is interested in improving their English language skills through training. The number of participants starts from a minimum 10 participants and a maximum of 15 participants in order to create an effective and efficient atmosphere in the class.
